Q: Local Pickup of orders
I live in your immediate business area, can I pick my order up from you?
A:
Sorry, due to insurance reasons I no longer have pickup available for local clients. If there is a concearn about your items reaching you in a rush please see my rush order facts.
Q: Rush Orders
I have an event and I need my items sent to me sooner than a week from when I ordered. Can I still get my items?
A:
Usually a week is plenty of time to process and send out an order. For all areas (including my local area) the Rush fee will be $40.00 PLUS whatever increase I have to take for sending it to you overnight express. It is best to place your orders well ahead of time (about 2 to 3 weeks before an event allows for a comfortable exchange between myself and my clients to discuss details such as changes to your proof ect.) The above charges will also apply to clients who do not approve thier proof untill less than a week before thier event.
Please note that rush orders are also dependent on the ammount of events other clients have already ordered ahead of your event.
Q: Changes after final proof
I have changed my mind about a design detail and have already approved my final proof from you. Can I still get my change made?
A:
I charge $40 for rush charges (anything within 3 days AFTER FINAL PROOF)...
Soon after your final proof is approved, it will print sometime within that time frame. Please be aware that changes at this time may mean that I have to reprint your entire order.
Q: payment
I would like to pay for my items with a check. What are your policies on orders paid with checks?
A:
I have had 2 unpaid orders in the past. Both by check.
I will however accept checks for your items but please realize that if they pay with a personal check, it takes about 10 days to clear before I start the order. If you want it faster, send a money order or cashier check.
For any checks that bounce, I end up being charged by my bank a return check fee. You will be responsible for this charge as well if your check bounces.
Q: How many changes am I allowed for any design?
How many changes am I allowed for any design and does changing it change my estimated delivery date?
A:
Please be aware that making changes to an existing design (other than text)makes it a custom design. For custom designed items you are allowed only 3 design changes. Any ammount of changes to design afterwards will cost an additional $5.00 per change. And will delay not only my printing of your items, but also will affect your projected delvery date. If you are proofed, and make changes to the proof after you have paid, the estimated date of delivery is changed from a week from your prior proof approval to a week after you have approved the FINAL design.
Q: Using a design for a different occasion
I like your wedding invitation set "White Flowers". Can I use it for my parent's 50th anniversary instead?
A:
Yes you can! If I have a set that you would like personalized for another occasion, it is just a matter of changing the personalization and adding your personal message to reflect your occasion. JUST ASK!
Q: Gift Baskets
I really like the Old Lace wrapper in Adult Birthdays. Can I get a candy basket made with it and what kind of basket can I get? And how much will it cost to do this?
A:
Yes you can. I have several variations of what I can do for you with the design. I can create a candy bouquet with mixed items (ex: hershey's, minis, lollipops, ect) or even with just one of the items (just lollipops for example). I can also create a larger gift basket incorporating coffees, cookies ect for something with a larger variety of items. You pick what goes in them and how much of what goes in. Since these are custom order items, they are priced by what goes in them.
Q: Other events not listed on your website
I have a party coming up and I do not see anything for that occasion, does this mean you do not do this occasion?
A:
If there is an occasion you are having that you can not find on my site, please let me know and I will provide you with options for that occasion or even work with you to create your one of a kind item for it.
Q: Custom Designs
Do you do custom designs for business? We have a logo for our business and would like to use it on some promotional items.
A:
Yes, I can use your logo to create items to promote yourself to clients. I would need to have a permission form from your company saying it is ok to use your logo and any other company items you would like on your products. I can also create gift baskets to give to clients from the resulting items.
Q: changing a design
I would like something added to the design of the wrapper I am interested in, can you make this happen?
A:
This depends on the wrapper design itself. Some of the wrappers I have all of the seperate pieces for and can add or delete parts of them, and others I don't have all the pieces available to do this with.
Q: Can I see a proof
I would like to see a proof of my items I have ordered, how do I get one?
A:
Once I have recieved your order, I set up your proof and send it out to you in email. YOU MUST RESPOND to the email that the proof is in. I WILL NOT PRINT WITHOUT YOUR PROOF APPROVAL!
Q: Approximate Shipping times
I have ordered my items, when can I expect them to ship to me?
A:
Most items will ship within one week of proof approval. The sooner you approve your proof, the sooner I can print and process it and have it all out to you. In the case of ordering coordinating wedding invitations and favors, these may take 2 weeks from proof approval. Why? because if you order 150 invitations, rsvp, response cards, AND 250 favors. This will take much longer to process because of the ammount of pieces that have to be printed and processed.
Q: Changing text on any designs
Is it possible to alter the designs on any of your wraps. In particular I like the saying on the back of the design #8 Stone Arch, but the picture on the front is not what I would want for a wedding. Is it possible to make changes?
A:
Yes you may take the text from one item and add it to a different item. If you would like to see a saying from one wrapper, a nutritional facts, ect on a different wrapper it can be changed. Just let me know in the favor text box that you would like the saying from the back of #8 Stone Arch instead of what is currently on the wrapper you are interested in.
